As I understand it, he only has immunity for actions taken in the execution of the office of the presidency. I don't see how even the patently partisan SCOTUS can pretend that selling phones has anything to do with a presidential act, so he doesn't have immunity for this con. At least not before that caveat was added. Whether anyone can afford to sue him or any law firm is prepared to take up the case pro bono and risk becoming a target for his wrath is another matter.
